Pau D'Arco bark (Tabebuia heptaphylla)
Weeks 1 & 2: take 1/4 tsp. of Yeast X Step 1 three times daily before or with meals.
Weeks 3 & 4: take 1/4 tsp. of Yeast X Step 2 three times daily before or with meals.
It is suggested that both partners do regimen for 3-6 months to achieve best results (partners can pass it back and forth).
