    • Blue Cohosh root (Caulophyllum thalictroides) : Blue cohosh root may improve overall uterine muscle tone, and can be used in small amounts to bring on effective contractions.

    • Cayenne fruit (Capsicum annum) : Cayenne contains a substance known as capsaicin that gives the spice its "heat". This substance is responsible for multiple health benefits, including pain and inflammation support. In addition, this spicy fruit may help to support cardiovascular health, healthy blood pressure, and weight control.

    • Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) : Chamomile is loaded with antioxidants that may provide for multiple health benefits, including sleep support, digestive support, healthy cell support, cardiovascular health, and immune support.

    • Dong Quai root (Angelica sinensis) : Dong quai is sometimes called the "female ginseng," and is used to support regular menstrual cycles and manage symptoms associated with the female reproductive system.

    • False Unicorn root (Chamaelirium luteum) : This herb is prized by herbalists to balance hormones and enhance uterine health. It may provide support and comfort during menstruation, as well as encourage and on-time labor and delivery. False Unicorn root has a normalizing effect on the ovaries and may support healthy fluid balance in late-term pregnancy.

    • Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) : Ginger is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful health benefits, including digestive support, inflammation and antioxidant support, cardiovascular support, and overall healthy cell support.

    • Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra) : Licorice root is considered one of the world’s oldest herbal remedies. The primary active compound is glycyrrhizin, which is responsible for the root’s sweet taste, as well as its antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. It may support upper respiratory and digestive health.

    • Mistletoe herb (Viscum album) : Mistletoe is an effective nervine—an herb that supports, soothes, and strengthens the nervous system.

    • Red Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) : Red raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. They provide B vitamins, vitamin C, and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and iron. Red raspberry leaves contain fragarine, a plant compound that helps tone and tighten muscles in the pelvic area, which may reduce the menstrual cramping caused by the spasms of these muscles.

    • Yarrow flower (Achillea millefolium)
