TIP: Optimal results have been noted by alternating (every two weeks) the Tone & Cleanse Formula with the Hormone Balance Formula for maximum cleansing and balancing effects. We suggest starting Hormone Balance Formula the day your cycle starts and take it for 2 weeks. Then switch to Tone & Cleanse Formula for 2 weeks. From that point simply continue to alternate the two formulas every two weeks regardless of when your cycle starts and stops. We suggest using these products for 3-6 months for best results.
