American Ginseng (Panax quinquefolius) : Ginseng has been used for centuries in Chinese medicine. It is believed to boost energy levels, support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels, and support brain function helping to manage stress and promote relaxation.
Ginkgo Biloba leaf (Ginkgo biloba) : Ginkgo biloba has strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant capacities and may help to support circulation. Numerous studies have shown Ginkgo to have positive effects on cognitive function; including memory, concentration, mood, and energy levels.
Gotu Kola herb (Centella asiatica) : Often called the “herb of longevity,” gotu kola is a traditional herbal staple, used to support brain function, provide healthy skin support, and promote liver and kidney health.
Valerian root (Valeriana officinalis)
6-11 yrs: 1/8 tsp.
12+ yrs: 1/4 tsp.
Take in water 1-4 times daily.
TIP: For children under 6, Herbal Calcium can be used to encourage calmer behavior. For older children, Herbal Calcium can be taken with Natural Attention-Aid when additional support is needed.
We suggest starting children with one dose per day for the first week and increasing only if more is needed (up to 4 doses per day). Use with caution if you are taking prescription anticonvulsive, anti-platelet and/or anticoagulant drugs (e.g. aspirin and warfarin). Discontinue use 7 days before any surgery.
Use with caution while nursing. Not suggested for expecting women or children under 6.
