Adrenal Gland Support
• Increase ability to handle stress
• Lessen fatigue
• Maintain optimal energy levels
Intense physical activity and emotional stress can over-stimulate the adrenal glands, impairing their ability to meet your body's needs. This may cause increased anxiety and continued stress, as well as fatigue.
Herbal support of the adrenal gland may help to normalize its function and maintain a healthy, working sympathetic nervous system.

Wild Yam root (Dioscorea villosa)
3-11 yrs: 1/8 tsp
12+ yrs: 1/4 tsp.
Take 1-3 times daily.
We suggest avoiding the use of stimulants, such as caffeine. Caffeine can further stress the adrenal glands to work harder. Discontinue use 5 weeks prior to scheduled surgery as Astragalus may cause excess bleeding and Wild Yam may lower NSAID's (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs) abilities to lessen inflammation.
