How do I return an item?
Upon the arrival of your order, please examine the contents. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Returns are accepted on unopened products only.

Refunds: Items may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

Account Credit or Exchange: Items may be returned for account credit or exchange within 60 days of the purchase date.

Only unopened products can be returned for credit, refund, or exchange. 

NO Credit, Exchange, or refunds after 60 days from the purchase date, any items returned after 60 days will be sent back to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Books and salves/rubs cannot be returned at any time.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from Mountain Meadow Herbs, Inc. If products are purchased through a reseller, such as Amazon, all returns and exchanges will have to be handled by them.
