Return & Exchange Policy

How do I return an item?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for unopened products.

• Unopened items may be returned for a full refund of the product purchase price within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
• Items are not eligible for account credit.

Exchanges

• Unopened items may be exchanged within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• Shipping costs are not included, and customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
• Items received after the 60-day return period are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Salves, rubs, and creams are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for products purchased directly from Mountain Meadow Herbs, Inc. If your product was purchased through a third-party reseller, such as Amazon, please contact the retailer directly for assistance with their return or exchange policy.
