    Ingredients

    • Stinging Nettle Leaf (Urtica dioica) : Stinging nettle contains a high level of naturally occurring calcium, and thanks to the genius of nature; it has the perfect ratio of magnesium to help calcium make its way into the cells.

    • Horsetail herb (Equisetum arvense) : Horsetail contains numerous beneficial compounds with health-promoting effects, including antioxidants and silica. Antioxidants, of course, provide healthy cell support, while silica provides benefits for healthy skin, nails, hair, and bones

    • Cornsilk herb (Zea mays) : Cornsilk contains magnesium, calcium, and is particularly high in silicon. A handful of studies indicate that cornsilk may provide support for inflammation, blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol.

    • Skullcap herb (Scutellaria lateriflora) : This herb is best known for its ability to calm the nerves. It is also a good source of calcium, magnesium, and silicon.

    • Propolis Resin : Propolis is used by bees to seal the walls and strengthen the combs of hives. Since beehives are the only naturally occurring sterile environment in nature, using this substance in our bodies may help to promote the same healthy environment in us too. It also may help to stimulate the immune system.

    • Alfalfa leaf (Medicago sativa) : Alfalfa leaves are high in vitamin K and also contain many other nutrients, including vitamin C, copper, manganese, and folate. This herb is traditionally used to benefit metabolic health, support menopause symptoms, and provide antioxidant effects.

    • Anise seed (Pimpinella anisum) : This seed is referred to as a carminative, which is an herb that either inhibits the formation of gas in the gastrointestinal tract or facilitates its expulsion. They also contain moderate expectorant properties, helping to soothe the lungs and throat. Constituents in the seed also support gentle estrogenic effects to improve lactation.

    • Blessed Thistle herb (Cnicus benedictus) : Blessed thistle contains bitter compounds that support the production of both saliva and gastric acid, which both aid digestion. It is also used as an herbal galactagogue, which increases the flow of breast milk.

    • Chamomile flower (Matricaria recutita) : Chamomile is loaded with antioxidants that may provide for multiple health benefits, including sleep support, digestive support, healthy cell support, cardiovascular health, and immune support.

    • Chaste Tree berry (Vitex angus-castus) : Chaste Tree berry has been well studied in clinical trials to support normal hormone levels, particularly progesterone. It is most commonly used for menstrual support, premenstrual syndrome, and menopause.

    • Fennel seed (Foeniculum vulgare) : Fennel is an aromatic herb that works to support normal digestion. It may be helpful for occasional gas, bloating, and indigestion. It may also have a calming action on smooth muscles, which may be part of the reason for its digestive benefits. Fennel is also used to support a healthy volume and quality of breast milk produced.

    • Fresh Ginger root (Zingiber officinale) : Ginger is loaded with nutrients and bioactive compounds that have powerful health benefits, including digestive support, inflammation and antioxidant support, cardiovascular support, and overall healthy cell support. Fresh ginger has higher levels of the active ingredient gingerol, which has potent anti-inflammatory benefits and digestive benefits. The drying process of ginger reduces the gingerol, but in turn increases the levels of shogaol, which provide more potent free radical scavenging benefits, providing support for healthy cells.

    • Grape seed (Vitis vinifera) : Grape seeds are rich in antioxidants, including phenolic acids, anthocyanins, flavonoids, and oligomeric proanthocyanidin complexes (OPCs). All of these antioxidants can help to support healthy cells, a healthy inflammatory response, and keep body tissues healthy.

    • Lemon Balm leaf (Melissa officinalis) : Lemon balm may support immune health, digestive health, balance the nervous system. It has traditionally been used to support cognitive function and promote calm and focus.

    • Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis) : The root of the Marshmallow plant provides cleansing support as well as benefits for digestive health due to a number of active ingredients, including antioxidants, amino acids, polysaccharides, and various antiviral/antibacterial compounds.

    • Milk Thistle seed (Silybum marianum) : The active ingredient in milk thistle is called silymarin, with acts as an antioxidant. It may promote a detoxifying effect, which is why milk thistle may be beneficial for liver health. Additionally, milk thistle also helps to maintain normal kidney function and promote optimal immune function.

    • Oatstraw herb (Avena sativa) : Oatstraw is high in iron, manganese, and zinc. It’s believed to offer numerous health benefits, such as inflammatory support and healthy brain function and mood support.

    • Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita)

    • Red Raspberry leaf (Rubus idaeus) : Red raspberry leaves are rich in vitamins and minerals. They provide B vitamins, vitamin C, and a number of minerals, including potassium, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, and iron. Red raspberry leaves contain fragarine, a plant compound that helps tone and tighten muscles in the pelvic area, which may reduce the menstrual cramping caused by the spasms of these muscles.
