Iron contributes to restful nights and a general sense of well-being. Women are more likely than men to be iron-deficient and Herbal Iron is an effective way to increase intake, especially when foods high in iron are difficult to eat (common during pregnancy.)
The simple and gentle combination of herbs in this formula are non-constipating and easy on the stomach, making it ideal for the whole family.

I have only had the order for less than a week, but so far so good. I am starting to feel better and more energetic, which is what I was aiming for.

My midwife said my iron was too low, and recommended Floradix (a common iron tablet supplement). Floradix did amazing for my levels, but I would get soooo constipated that I had to go off it every couple days just to pass stool ... which would make my levels and energy and mood drop terribly ... Then I found this. Could take it every single day to keep up my iron, energy and mood... no constipation!

My son was iron deficient. After taking herbal iron every day for a few weeks and was tested again his iron levels were normal.
