Peppermint Leaf: This cooling, refreshing herb is used to flavor candy and other foods but it has also been found to be useful as a safe caffeine-free mental and physical stimulant. May increase motivation,attention and memory.
Rhodiola: Also known as Golden Root, it facilitates the energy supplying mechanism to increase stamina, endurance and delay the onset of and relieve fatigue. May improve concentration, long and short term memory and improve concentration.
Eleuthero: This herb also known as Siberian ginseng can help improve low energy and increase mental alertness and work output, but it doesn't act in the same way as stimulant herbs like guarana. Eleuthero can give you a quick hit (of energy), but it actually helps rejuvenate the adrenal glands. Eleuthero can help the adrenals make hormones like DHEA that help buffer the adrenals from stress.
Other Ingredients: vegetable glycerin, distilled water, and approx. 5% - 10% organic grain alcohol.
6-11 yrs: 1/8 tsp.
12+ yrs: 1/4 tsp.
In water 1-3 times daily, can be repeated within 20 minutes if needed.
