So-So for me, great for a friend
I took this faithfully for a while, but it seemed to make no or very slight difference in my mood. My moodlifter was drinking an herbal tea made out of equal parts of Red Raspberry leaf, Nettle leaf, Alfalfa leaf and Oatstraw. When I didn't drink it for more than a day, my highs and lows were swinging! Tried to do this instead of and aside the tea... either way, made no difference... However, I passed my bottle onto a friend (for whom my tea blend made no difference) and it did wonders for her. She still mentions to me now and then what a lifesaver it was for her. So. Try this. If it doesn't work, try that tea mix (with or without the raspberry).

I first started taking this product when I got the baby blues really badly first trimester with my second son. It is amazingly helpful and I love that it is safe while pregnant or nursing. I've found that it helps stabilize my "high highs" and "low lows." It does take about two weeks to kick in, and you have to be faithful to take it a few times a day, but it is well worth it. I can tell if I've been forgetting to take it (and so can my husband).
